Field Technician

A Field Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer or client locations. This role requires technical knowledge, travel within the city, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure smooth service delivery.

Education & Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections
  • Maintain service reports and job records
  • Coordinate with service teams and supervisors
  • Ensure safety standards during field work
  • Provide basic usage guidance to customers

Preferred Experience:

1–4 years in field service or technical support roles.
Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.
